Our primary responsibilities include:Manages the stakeholders to ensure the solutions inline with ASPIRE program principlesDesign, build and implementation of Analytics and Reporting operational and management solutions across diverse business areas including Finance, Commercial, Procurement, and ManufacturingEnsure the solution align with both ASPIRE A&R landscape requirements and covering the existing needs, encompassing the end to end processes/systems, interfaces and platformsCollaborate in the Define/Design phase of the ASPIRE program, working with A&R IT, Business and off-shore teams to ensure deliverables meets transparency, status, and risk management standardsProactively identify, address, or escalate risks and issues; make key decisions with track leads regarding solution development.Analyze business requirements and develop solutions for BI, Analytic & Reporting in the S/4 HANA and BW/4 implementation, SAC Reporting, all SAP and non-SAP systems relationshipReview, validate Functional and Technical documentationYou bring the following qualifications:Minimum 5 years of experience in SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC) development.Proficiency in SAP ERP/BW, with experience in S/4 HANA and BW/4 implementations, migrations, and rollouts in a global setting.In-depth knowledge of A&R, solid understanding of S/4 HANA Embedded Analytics, BW/4, and SAP Analytics Cloud.Excellent analytical and communication skills for effective engagement with business partners and understanding of their needs.Proven experience in managing stakeholder and senior managementStrong grasp of business processes and global solutions in areas such as finance, commercial, procurement, and manufacturing.Adaptive mindset to thrive in an agile, dynamic environment with shifting priorities.Open-minded and flexible, with a willingness to undertake hands-on tasks to meet deliverables and deadlines.Continuous pursuit of process, tool, and organizational improvements.Ability to work independently and fluently in English, both verbally and in writing.Familiarity with non-SAP BI tools, particularly Tableau, is a plus.Prior experience in project management and business analysis, with a strong IT hands-on background; experience in Scrum/Agile projects is beneficial.Some travel flexibility may be required.
