Director, Business Process Standardization
📋 Role Overview & Responsibilities
MSH seeks a highly skilled and experienced Director of Business Process Standardization to join our team. This position will be responsible for leading and overseeing the improvement and optimization of our business processes to drive efficiency, productivity, and overall performance and to lead change management activities in support of the process. The Director of Business Process Standardization will collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify process improvement opportunities, develop strategies, and implement initiatives to achieve operational excellence to align with MSH’s strategy.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Lead the development and implementation of a comprehensive business process optimization strategy, aligned with MSH’s strategyIdentify, analyze, and evaluate existing business processes, systems, and workflows to identify areas for improvement and optimization. Lead cross-cutting teams and collaborate with key stakeholders to define project objectives, scope, and deliverables for process optimization initiatives. Implement process improvement methodologies such as Lean Six Sigma to drive continuous improvement across the organization. Conduct thorough process assessments, mapping, and gap analysis to identify opportunities for streamlining and enhancing efficiency. Design, document, and implement optimized business processes, ensuring effective communication and change management throughout the organization. Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to track progress, measure success, and identify areas for further improvement. Collaborate with systems team to leverage technology and automation solutions for process optimization. Stay up to date with industry best practices, emerging trends, and technologies related to business process optimization. Develop and implement a plan for business standardization across the organization. Create templates for processes, work instructions, guidelines, etc. Lead interviews with key stakeholders to identify areas for improvement. Create and lead change management initiatives in support of process standardization. Special Projects as needed.
Qualifications
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in business, Engineering, or a related field. A master's degree is preferred. Proven experience in business process optimization, preferably in a leadership role. Demonstrated experience in leading change management for organizational transformation. Strong understanding of process improvement methodologies such as Lean Six SigmaExcellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify opportunities for improvement and implement effective solutions. Demonstrated experience in leading and managing cross-functional teams. Exceptional project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks, manage deadlines, and deliver results. Persuasive communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with stakeholders at all levels of the organization. Proficient in process mapping. Strong business acumen and a strategic mindset. French language a plus.
The expected salary range for this position is: $116,100.00 - $165,900.00 annually (U.S. locations only).
