RESPONSIBILITIES:Collaborate on R&D/Engineering projects with global EE-Expert team, suppliers and customersDefine requirements and standards for mechatronic systems and componentsIntegrate mechanical, electronic, and control systems for optimal performance into our productsDesign control algorithms, PID controllers, and automation scriptsSelect, integrate, and calibrate sensors and actuators for data acquisition and controlDevelop and implement PCB designs for mechatronic applicationsDefine testing and validation requirements to confirm functionality and safetyTroubleshoot and resolve technical issues in collaboration with the engineering teamCreate detailed technical documentation including system specifications and schematicsProvide regular progress reports and updates on project milestonesPlan, define, and execute testing activities in simulation and validationSupport in the creation and analysis of Design Of Experiments (DOE)Participate in project management activities related to mechatronic componentsEDUCATION:Bachelor's degree in Mechatronics Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related fieldREQUIREMENTS:8 years of relevant work experienceEffective communication and presentation abilitiesExperience in requirements engineering, FMEA, production processes, test planning, and technical standards for automotive electronicsStrong understanding of mechanical principles and ability to design and analyze mechanical components and systemsProficiency in working with electronic circuits, sensors, actuators, and power systemsKnowledge of control theory and experience in designing control systems for mechatronic applicationsFamiliarity with automation technologies and PLC programmingExperience in selecting, integrating, and calibrating various sensors for mechatronic applicationsKnowledge in flow dynamics, static and dynamic resistance, vibration technology, connection technology, measurements, materialsEngineering-relevant IT tools (PLM, CAD, c-Project, SAP etc.)Hands on experience with MS-Office skills, SAP, Project Management tools, PDM system
