📋 Role Overview & Responsibilities
Our client, a cutting-edge autonomous vehicle company, is seeking for multiple Guest Services Specialists to join their team. On this role, you will be part of the Guest Services Department, supporting the client's visitors and employees by providing them with an outstanding experience. The ideal candidate will have exceptional customer service skills, patience, and a commitment to providing a positive experience.
Job Title: Guest Services Specialist
Location: Foster City, CA
Pay: $25.80
Key Responsibilities
Uphold a safety-centric, inclusive, and open-communication culture Passenger Assistance: Greet passengers and provide them with a warm and welcoming experience Authenticate riders via badge scanners Hail vehicles back and forth between locations Communicate with cross-ops partners via vehicle slack threads Light crowd control Service status communications
Requirements
2+ years of experience in customer service, retail, or another customer-facing role Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Customer-focused with a strong commitment to providing a positive experience Attention to detail and ability to follow protocols accurately Proactive mindset and resourcefulness Ability to work a 7:30AM - 4:00PM shift or 12:00PM - 8:30PM shift
Physical Requirements
Ability to stand, walk, and be on your feet for extended periods outside Ability to lift and carry moderate loads
Preferred Skills
Experience in high-stress situations, including knowledge of de-escalation techniques
