Who We’re Looking For - Reporting to the Senior Manager, Performance Media, we are seeking a Paid Social Specialist who will excel in executing paid social campaigns across various platforms, including campaign setup, meticulous management, and continuous optimization. Collaborating closely with our Marketing department, you'll drive company revenue growth targets and enhance the visibility of the MANSCAPED brand, while refining creative strategies alongside our internal team.

Responsibilities:Execute paid social campaigns, encompassing campaign setup, ad refreshment, and meticulous management/optimization across prominent social media platformsConduct ongoing performance reporting and analysis utilizing in-platform and Google AnalyticsCollaborate with the Marketing department to achieve company revenue growth targets and bolster the visibility of the MANSCAPED brand Work closely with the internal creative team to refine creative strategies and conduct testing for optimal outcomesProactively identify new social advertising opportunities to enhance campaign performanceOther duties as required

Qualifications:3+ years of experience in managing paid social campaigns on Facebook/Instagram, Twitter, Snapchat, Pinterest, TikTok, and other digital platformsPrevious brand side or digital agency experience executing successful ad campaigns for e-commerce brandsPrevious digital agency experience with proven track record of ad campaign success with eCommerce brandsFamiliar with e-commerce key performance indicators (KPIs) such as CPC, CTR, CPA/CAC, ROAS, AOVComfortable managing advertising budgets directly within platform interfacesExperience in additional paid channels such as search, shopping, and display is advantageousInnate problem-solving abilities and a willingness to adopt an experimental mindsetFamiliar with Google Analytics 360 Experience deploying international ad campaigns a plusFluency in additional languages a plus
