You will primarily support The Montgomery Summit, the firm’s largest platform initiative. An ideal candidate has strong communication and quantitative skills. Responsibilities• Analyze and interpret complex marketing and event data to identify insights and to enhance our engagement with key leaders in the technology and investment sectors• Assist with creating an authentic, insightful, and personalized communication plan at scale across Email, LinkedIn, and other mediums• Implement the firm’s communication strategy, including creating and updating targeted distribution lists• Measure the performance of paid and organic digitial media campaigns to help inform strategy and to evaluate messaging• Conduct marketing database queries to ensure data accuracy; maintain CRM platforms including Cvent, Mailchimp, and Affinity• Generating weekly attendee registration and revenue reports for The Montgomery Summit to help achieve revenue goals• Explore innovative methods to track and measure our reach and engagement with target audiences• Analyze user experience and user journeys to identify opportunities to increase registration for the Summit

Qualifications• A Bachelor of Arts or Bachelor of Science degree, with a focus in business, marketing, data science, or other relevant major2-4 years of work experience in finance, marketing analytics, e-commerce analytics, social media, advertising & PR, or similar field• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, PowerPoint), with advanced expertise in Excel is required o Knowledge of Cvent is a plus• Experience running marketing analytics for paid and organic digital media campaigns; including extensive knowledge of Google Ads, Google Analytics, Analytics, LinkedIn, and Mailchimp• Demonstrated ability to use data and insights to drive change and implement new initiatives• Strong verbal and written communication skills• Excellent organizational, multitasking, and interpersonal skills• Capable of handling multiple projects, meeting deadlines, and paying attention to detail in high-pressure environments• Upholds professionalism and confidentiality, this position collaborates with stakeholders to ensure data integrity, accuracy, and consistency• Team player with the capacity to work independently when needed
