We accomplish this through listening to our customers’ objectives and being flexible in developing solutions that are cost effective and taking the total life cycle cost of the building into account.
Schedule: Full-time Salaried Position
Job Duties:Manage existing service accounts and customer relationships.Evaluate new and existing customer’s HVAC equipment for replacement/upgrade opportunities.Effectively manage and generate sales leads for HVAC equipment replacements, repairs, or upgrades.Assist with HVAC controls sales and estimating.Prepare HVAC repair quotes, generated from service work or maintenance.Prepare HVAC maintenance contracts for new and existing customers.
Job Requirements:At least 2-5 years of previous sales experience.Proficiency with Microsoft Office programs (Excel, Word, and Outlook).Valid driver’s license and vehicle.Willingness to travel around the greater Milwaukee area.Good communication and time management skills.
