Commercial and Intellectual Property Litigation Associate - Los Angeles
Our client is a major Am law 100 firm, seeking an associate with at least four years of experience for its commercial litigation group in Los Angeles. This position will also involve intellectual property [trademark & copyright] and unfair competition matters. The salary for this position is between $225,000 and $330,000.
Qualifications4+ years of litigation experience in complex litigation.Candidates with experience in soft IP [trademark, copyright] or unfair competition are preferred.Experience managing cases, drafting and conducting research for pleadings and contested motions, taking depositions, proposing written discovery and responses, and arguing motions.Excellent writing and verbal skills. Team focused; excellent client-interfacing skills.Strong academic credentials.California bar admission is required.
