Our client is a top firm, seeking a mid to senior level Securities Litigation associate in Palo Alto.
Qualified attorneys will have 3-7 years of Securities Litigation experience including some experience in the following areas:Securities enforcement, regulatory investigations, and compliance mattersParticipating in legal proceedingsProviding expert advice on regulationsDeveloping compliance strategies.
The salary range for this position is between $260,000 and $420,000, and may vary depending on a range of factors.

Excellent research, presentation, and negotiation skillsIntrinsic attention to detailStrong analytical thinkingDeep understanding of securities laws and regulationsJD from an accredited law school State bar admission in jurisdiction of practice.
