Key Responsibilities

• Prepare the company's annual budget and regular financial statements, including the balance sheet, income statement, and cash flow statement.2. Perform cashier duties, including processing petty cash transactions, preparing daily cash receipts reports, interest income adjustments, and bank deposits."3. Manage local tax filing, including liaising with tax accountants.4. Manage accounts receivable and payable, including reconciliation, forecasting, write-off procedures, and aging analysis.5. Conduct regular inventory and fixed asset audits.6. Facilitate cross-departmental communication within the company.7. Review and process invoices, vouchers, and accounting transactions for various expense payments.8. Execute cost settlement procedures in accordance with the group's closing schedule.9. Prepare various variance analysis reports.10. Assist the auditors with their audit work.11. Oversee and review the financial reporting for various projects.12. Perform other general accounting tasks assigned by supervisors.

Your Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in accounting or a related field.Proficiency in cost accounting and financial reporting.Strong command of accounting software and MS Office, particularly Excel.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Two years of experience in Big Four accounting firmFluency in Mandarin Chinese.Applicants with a Taiwanese or American CPA license will be given preference.
