📋 Role Overview & Responsibilities
Community healthcare facility looking to bring on Director Pharmacy. Responsible for organizing, directing, performing, and supervising department activities according to all facility Healthcare Policies and Procedures. Hands on working type Director, reports to the CEO.
Licensed Pharmacist with Bachelor Degree (PharmD) required.2+ years of healthcare pharmacy experience required. Knowledge of federal and state-specific laws/regulations governing pharmacy practice, including controlled substances regulations. Automated pharmacy dispensing, USP 797 standards for IV compounding.Knowledge of Medication Use Programs, pharmacy computer systems, and inventory management.
