Role: Windchill ArchitectLocation: Renton- WA - On-site from day 1 (local consultants preferred)Legal Status : USC/GC/GC-EAD/L2 EAD/H4 –EAD/ H1 B transfer is okay Urgent hiring for full time roles
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.Proven experience as a Windchill Architect or similar role, with a minimum of [3-5] years in the automobile industry.In-depth knowledge of Windchill PLM software, including configuration, customization, and administration.Define and implement Windchill configurations, customizations, and extensions to meet specific business needs.Provide technical expertise in the integration of Windchill with other enterprise systems (ERP, CAD, etc.).Perform system upgrades, patches, and enhancements to keep the Windchill environment current and optimized.Conduct system performance analysis and implement optimizations as needed.Develop and maintain technical documentation, including architecture diagrams, configuration guides, and best practices.Provide mentoring and guidance to junior team members, fostering their professional development.Stay updated with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices related to PLM and Windchill.Strong understanding of automobile industry processes, standards, and regulatory requirements.Proficiency in Java, JSP, XML, SQL, and other relevant programming languages and technologies.Experience with Windchill modules such as PDMLink, ProjectLink, PartsLink, and Change Management.Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.Ability to work effectively both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.Willingness to work on-site from day one; preference will be given to local consultants.
