In-Home Sales Consultant

Job Overview

Our Design Consultants (In-Home Sales Consultants) are at the forefront of our purpose: helping our customers envision and bring to life the window and door replacement projects that will enhance and beautify the spaces they live in.

Highlights of your role

Represent Marvin professionally, delivering an outstanding customer experience. In-Home Sales process, product demonstration, proposal development, and contract completion. Continued contact with customer, developing repeat/referral opportunities. Continued education on company, products, and process - always improving craft. Ability to earn over $100K each year, with our top consultants earning in excess of $200K. We will supply set appointments with homeowners who have expressed interest in replacing their windows or doors Driving to all assigned appointments is required. Commissions are credited at the time of order (no waiting for the install for half of your commissions) Car Allowance (plus mileage reimbursement) Cell Phone and Laptop or iPad Monthly and Annual bonus opportunities

Salary Range

Potential Earnings of up to $250,000+

You're a good fit if you have (or if you can)

High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred Proficient with CRM and electronic pricing tools is helpful, but not required Outside Sales experience preferred, however we will provide paid; comprehensive industry, product and services training Motivated by and derive great personal satisfaction from helping people.

Valid driver’s license with an acceptable accident and moving violation motor vehicle record on an ongoing basis. Flexibility for appointments with our customers Strong written and verbal communication skills Ability to lift 30lbs
