Talent Acquisition Coordinator

The Talent Acquisition Coordinator is responsible for providing support to candidates, talent acquisition partners and vendors through pre-hire and post-hire activities. Additionally, the Talent Acquisition Coordinator will be a brand ambassador of Marvin assisting in coordinating and facilitating community events.

Highlights of your role

Ensure candidate experience aligns with Marvin values by doing the right thing, raising the bar, thinking differently, believing it’s possible and becoming stronger together. Coordinate background, drug, physical and reference checking processes Arrange travel, transportation and other accommodations as needed. Maintain vendor relationships Guide candidates through the hiring process by setting clear expectations, providing frequent communication and preparing them for day one Partner with Marketing and Talent Acquisition to create a strong employer brand at all candidate touchpoints Act as a between vendors and Marvin leadership team Assist in identifying community events to participate in

You're a good fit if you have (or if you can)

Proven ability to communicate with different departments and levels within an organization, internally and externally, including executive leadership Self-motivated and driven Fluid and confident verbal, nonverbal, and written communication skills with an ability to convey engaging, clear, and concise messages to target audiences in a variety of mediums Demonstrate attention to detail and prioritizing e xcellent customer service and organizational skills Exceptional time management; proactive with a strong sense of urgency Able to work with and maintain confidential information Warm, enthusiastic interpersonal skills Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Word, PowerPoint, Excel
