📋 Role Overview & Responsibilities
You will
- Integrate with the data platform to store and/or retrieve information relevant to the complaint.• Integration with Multifactor Authentication• Migrate the existing complaint data to the new platform.• Utilize MuleSoft’s Anypoint Platform to design, develop and orchestrate APIs, and implement the new data exchange platform.• Work closely with the Software Architect, Developers and other technical team members, government stakeholders, and subject matter experts in developing solutions on the Salesforce platform.• Debug and troubleshoot issues that arise during development and testing.• Working knowledge of automated deployment / DevOps tools and technologies• Work with stakeholders to create and influence proper standards for development, governance, and operational lifecycle.• Identify ongoing risks and pain points throughout the project, development and implement mitigation measures.• Understanding the needs of stakeholders and conveying into technical user stories
Required qualifications to be successful in this role:• BS in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Business, or other related scientific or technical discipline.• 10 years functional experience• 8 years of specialized experience• Experience using Mulesoft AnyPoint to build APIs and integration services• Solid understanding of and extensive experience with Salesforce architecture, API, Tomcat, XML, JMS, WS-*, SOA integration, API Management technologies and standards• Experience using MuleSoft to facilitate Salesforce data integration• Experience with Agile development methodologies• Demonstrated development, implementing, and supporting Enterprise-grade technical solutions meeting complex business requirements
