Investor Relations Specialist, AI Drug Discovery

Mason Harding is proud to be supporting a biotech trailblazer within the field of next-gen artificial intelligence (AI) platforms to accelerate drug discovery and development; significantly cutting down cost and increasing clinical success rates.
We’re now recruiting their very first Investor Relations Specialist, who will be at the forefront of communicating the company’s revolutionary journey to new and existing stakeholders, ahead of exciting public filing too!
In this high growth opportunity, you will also report and collaborate directly with the company’s visionary CEO, with fantastic visibility to the ever-evolving mission!
Essential Job Functions
Communication: Regularly engage with existing investors and potential stakeholders, providing updates on the company's progress, milestones, and strategic initiatives. Maintain a proactive approach in nurturing investor relationships.Content Creation: Craft compelling and bold communication materials including emails, texts, presentations, and visual content to effectively convey the company's value proposition and growth trajectory. Ensure all communication aligns with the company's branding and messaging guidelines.Review Process: Collaborate closely with the CEO to review and refine communication materials. Solicit feedback and incorporate suggestions to ensure alignment with the company's vision and objectives.Ad-hoc Requests: Respond promptly to any ad-hoc requests from the CEO, providing support on various investor-related matters as needed. Demonstrate flexibility and agility in addressing urgent priorities and tasks.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in business, Finance, economics, or a related field.Proven experience in investor relations, financial communications, or a similar role, ideally with experience in investment banks with sell-side experience is essential (healthcare/biotech sector).Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to articulate complex ideas in a clear and concise manner.Strong attention to detail and a keen eye for design, ensuring all communication materials are polished and professional.Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple priorities and deadlines effectively.
