Ophthalmic Technician
📋 Role Overview & Responsibilities
Massachusetts Eye Research and Surgery Institution (MERSI) is seeking a top-notch, EXPERIENCED full-time ophthalmic technician to join our dynamic team. COA or COT strongly preferred but not required. Must have excellent customer service skills.
Must be experienced with patient work up, diagnostic testing (FA, ICG, OCT, visual fields, A scan, B Scan, ERG/VEP and more), assisting with minor procedures, and other related responsibilities. We need someone who can adapt quickly and get fully up and running in this role in minimal time.
Successful candidate must be comfortable with using electronic medical records. Must be able to function efficiently and effectively in a fast-paced environment. Experience with NextGen EHR is a big plus.
