Responsibilities

The Project Set-up Manager will work to provide support within the project team to develop, manage, and facilitate all user training for Purchase Orders.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Order processing and Project set-up.Assist with the month end close process ensuring that all transactions are interfaced to the General LedgerManage all daily, weekly, monthly deliverables. Manage adding or terminating network access for usersVerify daily sampling of completed project set up request including providing feedbackAssist supervisors with tracking metricsCoordinate and manage special projects, including communicating all special processing events to Team LeadsParticipate in Team leads monthly meeting, including traveling to various field officesProcess project set-up requestsAssist Project Analyst team as needed

Qualifications

Skills and Experience

Bachelor's Degree in Business, Finance or related field preferred3 years of experience in a financial and/or analytical role.1 year minimum experience working in Project Accounting or Project BillingProject metrics, reporting, and analysis experienceSolid understanding of operational, financial and business fundamentalsExcellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skillsExcellent planning, organizational, and decision-making skills requiredProficient in ORACLE, WORD, EXCEL, POWERPOINT, and reporting tools
