Role Overview: As an Enterprise Software Applications Manager, you will spearhead the supervision and evolution of our enterprise software applications. Strategic Oversight: Guide a technical team with precision, leveraging best practices to maintain and enhance our suite of enterprise applications. Cross-Functional Leadership: Collaborate with stakeholders across the board, from subject matter experts to developers, to define and refine technology solutions that drive our business forward. Process Innovation: Analyze and improve business processes, turning insights into action with clear system models, specifications, and workflow diagrams. Change Management: Steer the course of system modifications, ensuring that every change aligns with our strategic vision and operational needs. Thought Leadership: Offer innovative solutions that address the technical challenges within your business unit and the enterprise at large. Project Management: Lead multiple projects from conception to completion, embracing both traditional and Agile methodologies to deliver excellence. Quality Assurance: Conduct thorough testing and reviews to guarantee the flawless functionality of our systems post-implementation. Educational Excellence: A Bachelor’s degree in Management Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field, or an equivalent blend of education and experience. Technical Proficiency: Hands-on experience with iSeries ERP systems, SQL databases, system integrations, and modern programming languages. Strategic Thinker: Strong project management skills with a knack for improving operational efficiency and service delivery. Compliance Savvy: A solid understanding of IT audit and industry compliance processes, including SOX and PCI. Oracle JD Edwards Expertise: Experience with Oracle JD Edwards applications is highly desirable.

The base compensation range for this position is $112,300 to $161,115 per annum. Your actual base salary will be determined based upon a number of factors which may include relevant experience, skills, location (labor market data), credentials (education, certifications), and internal equity.
