This is a 6-month contract position based in Austin, TX with a pay range of $58-$60.28/HR.
Position Overview
As a Billing Analyst at our esteemed global tech company, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring efficient billing processes and fostering strong relationships with our esteemed partners across the Wallet platform. This position requires a keen understanding of finance principles, particularly in billing, invoicing, and foreign currency transactions. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including Finance, Global Business Systems, Tax/Treasury, Legal, and Business Development, as well as external partners, to drive excellence in billing operations and optimize customer and partner experiences.
Key Responsibilities
Execute billing/invoicing and reconciliation activities with precision and accuracy for our partners across the Wallet platform. Demonstrate expertise in finance, particularly in billing, invoicing, and foreign currency transactions, to ensure compliance and efficiency. Engage in routine cross-functional collaboration and influence key stakeholders to drive alignment and achieve shared goals. Develop and nurture relationships across various functions to enhance collaboration and achieve organizational objectives. Proactively challenge the status quo, driving continuous improvement initiatives to enhance customer and partner satisfaction. Thrive in a dynamic, global business environment, adapting to evolving priorities and driving results amidst complexity.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field. Proven experience in billing, invoicing, or financial analysis roles, preferably within a tech or digital industry. Strong understanding of finance principles, including billing, invoicing, and foreign currency transactions. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across diverse teams and cultures. Analytical mindset with a keen eye for detail and the ability to identify opportunities for process improvement. Proactive and adaptable, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, rapidly evolving business environment.
