Receptionist
📋 Role Overview & Responsibilities
We are seeking a Receptionist to serve as the initial point of contact for all guests, vendors, and candidates. The ideal candidate will provide general assistance to visitors and internal employees, maintaining a positive onsite presence and delivering exceptional customer service with enthusiasm.
This is a 2-month, fully on-site role in Los Gatos, CA. The pay range for this role is $22-$25/HR.
General Responsibilities
Deliver outstanding service by warmly greeting guests, candidates, and visitors, ensuring a delightful lobby experience. Communicate and coordinate with internal employees regarding guest, vendor, and candidate arrivals. Assign, monitor, and address employee requests through HelpDesk ticketing systems, Slack channels, email distribution lists, and front desk walk-ups. Conduct daily campus walkthrough audits for each building. Collaborate with key stakeholders, including N-Tech (IT), Talent Coordinating team, Employee Services, Security, and the broader Workplace team. Maintain tidiness and ensure necessary supplies are stocked in Workplace Support desks and lobbies. Oversee the distribution of access badges for new and current employees. Develop new hire materials and assist in facilitating the onboarding experience.
Requirements
1-2 years of administrative support or customer service experience. Onsite availability is mandatory. Team player with flexibility and professionalism. Proficient in Google Suite (Google Docs, Google Sheets, etc.). Experience with a ticketing system (Zendesk, ServiceNow, etc.) is preferred. Familiarity with Slack is a plus.
This position may be eligible for PTO, health and dental insurance, and/or 401(k) benefits upon meeting certain length of service and hours requirements.
