Operations Analyst
Our client, a renowned global tech company renowned for its innovative solutions, is seeking a meticulous and analytical Operations Analyst to join their esteemed team. As a key player in the company's operations, you will have the opportunity to contribute to the organization's success and play a pivotal role in driving efficiency and optimization.
This is a 6-month contract position based in Austin, TX with a pay range of $54-60.28/HR.
Position Overview
As an Operations Analyst, you will be responsible for analyzing operational processes, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing strategies to enhance productivity and streamline workflows. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze data, develop insights, and make data-driven recommendations to drive operational excellence.
Responsibilities
Conduct in-depth analysis of operational processes and workflows to identify inefficiencies and areas for improvement. Gather and analyze data from various sources to generate insights and develop actionable recommendations. Develop and maintain key performance indicators (KPIs) to track operational performance and identify trends over time. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement process improvements and drive operational efficiency. Design and implement systems and tools to automate manual processes and streamline workflows. Prepare and present findings and recommendations to senior management to support decision-making and drive strategic initiatives. Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of implemented solutions and make adjustments as needed to achieve desired outcomes.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field; Master's degree preferred. 5+ years of experience in operations analysis or a related field, preferably in a technology-driven environment. Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, and analyze large datasets. Proficiency in data analysis tools and software, such as Microsoft Excel, SQL, or Python. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail, with the ability to identify root causes and develop creative solutions. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, with a proactive and results-oriented mindset.
