Job Title: IT Project Manager
Duration: 12-18 months
Location: Chicago, IL
Required Pay Scale: 60-65/HOUR ON W2

Project Details
- managing delivery activities for Finance Redesign across multiple delivery teams in Front Office and Finance Technology
- preparing for and leading program Working Group and Operating Committee
- looking after program financials
- ensuring deliverables comply with Enterprise Change Management Standards.
Essential Skills
Project management experience in a Financial Services environment.Knowledge of Daily PNL Production process within a Global Markets Finance function.Understanding of Agile and Lean software development practices and associated tools.Ability to drive resolution of complex issues across multiple delivery teams.Appreciation of the importance of the whole project-lifecycle and business delivery.Drive changes in working practices to make delivery more efficient
Must Haves
Ability to communicate and influence at all levels.Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with proven global team interaction.Willingness to learn, adopt and advance team best-practices, procedures and qualitative standards.Willingness to own issues and chase them through to completion, communicating effectively and in a timely manner, throughout.Good team communication, with experiences in sharing and presenting new ideas and approaches with the team.Experience managing project/programme financials. • Knowledge of Bank technologies (Quartz/RemoteRisk/RRA/Zinc).Investment banking experience, with front or middle office team experience advantageous.
