📋 Role Overview & Responsibilities
Matlen Silver has an immediate opportunity for an experience HRIS Project Manager. This role will be hybrid onsite in either Atlanta GA or Charlotte NC.
This group is in the process of separating an existing company in Workday to their own Workday tenant. The Project Manager will oversee this effort and take over the day to day project management responsibilities

Responsibilities:Ensure that all aspects of a project are organized and in conformance with timeline and deliverables requirementDevelop and maintain project performance database that tracks overall progress and achievement of milestonesAssign and monitor resources effectively to boost project efficiency and maximize deliverables outputReport project risks and outcomes to appropriate management channels, and escalate issues according to project work planServe as point of communication between company teams and external resourc
