POSITION OVERVIEWThe Graphic Designer is responsible for a variety of art direction and graphic design projects, collaborating with stakeholders across the organization.

The ideal candidate is passionate about architecture and design and is equally comfortable concepting big ideas as they are doing day-to-day design production.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include, but are not limited to the following: Collaborate with marketing team members and/or project stakeholders to concept and design materials including, but not limited to binders, brochures, catalogs, direct mailings, tradeshow banners/backdrops, large format graphics, sample boards, sample stickers, sample tags, office supplies, business cards and other printed materials as needed.Obtain quotes from and provide detailed specifications to vendors for printed/externally produced materials to ensure on-budget, accurate and timely resultsDesign advertisements, sell sheets, blog posts, e-blasts, internal company signage or other digital collateral as requiredWork with vendors such as printers, photographers, videographers, stock photo suppliers and others Prepare images for print and/or digital use as needed, including directing photo shoots and performing color correction and light photo editing Follow brand guidelines and proper use of company, industry and customer logo’s, symbols and trademarksMaintain and systematically store electronic media for website, digital asset management system, social media platforms, iPad sales tools, etc.Edit and design PowerPoint and generative AI software-based presentationsSupport the marketing team in various ad hoc projects Maintain brand standards and produce deliverables within agreed upon time and budgetMaintain up-to-date knowledge of graphic design trends and techniques

QUALIFICATIONS AND COMPETENCIESHighly organized with capability to adapt quickly to changing priorities and simultaneously manage multiple projects with accuracy and attention to detailStrong creative, organizational, problem solving and time-management skillsGeneral understanding of integrated marketing principlesExpert knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite products (especially Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign)Familiarity with project management and communication tools (Wrike, Slack, etc.)Excellent conceptual skills, expertise with graphic/visual design techniquesAbility to follow through on creative direction and handle critiquePortfolio of work is required

EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCEBachelor's degree in Graphic Design/Graphic Arts Technology or equivalent trainingUI/UX design certification or experience is a plusMinimum of 2-5 years graphic design experience in a corporate environment
