Job Description
Job Title: Business Analyst (Dynamics 365 Finance)Job Location: Woodland Hills, CAWork Schedule: Hybrid (at least 3 days onsite, 2 days remote)Job Type: Fulltime/Permanent job (NO CTC - W2 ONLY)
Summary:Support and maintain Client Dynamics 365 Finance and operations application: analyzing business requirements, determining feasibility, and making solution recommendations. The resource should possess experience and demonstrate proficient knowledge All Dynamics 365 modules including complete life cycle deployments. Troubleshoot and resolve issues raised by Client Global business teams, which entails, reviews, analysis , design, validate and implement business requirements.
Responsibilities:Support monthly and quarterly Microsoft system upgradesDocument and implement project specificationsDesign solutions within Microsoft Dynamics platformGather and document business requirementsDesign, develop and unit test various solutionsLearn the intricacies of our core products and system integrationsResponsible for executing the ERP design, testing and implementation plans as directed by the ERP Team Leader.Partners with business process owners to develop documentation, training and overall understanding of process flow within the D365 system.Research and documents transaction flow both inside and outside of ERP system using various tools.Works to understand business needs and incorporates best practice into the design of processes.Helps to identify system solutions and/or incorporate process to meet unique customer requirements.Partners with Microsoft D365 technical team to develop the ERP system, documentation, training, and overall understanding of process flow.Creates system design, testing, and training documentation.Supports functional business process owners, bridging legacy process to new system process and analysis or compilation of data as warranted.Constantly learning new ways to solve technical challenges more effectively using Microsoft 365
Qualifications:Strong functional skills in Dynamics AX / D365 F&O Financial Management for modules like General Ledger, Accounts Payables, Accounts Receivables, Fixed Assets, Cash & Banking, and WorkflowsUnderstanding of the platform, integration capabilitiesMinimum of 3-5 years of relevant Dynamics AX / D365 FO experienceCommunicate through functional and technical design documents.Effective communication with technical and non-technical audiencesIdentifying opportunities for process improvementAdvanced troubleshooting skills in D365
Desired Qualifications:Microsoft Certifications for Microsoft Dynamics ERPExperience with ExFlow and TAS, ISV products integrated in D365Experience with data analysis and Power BI reportingExperience with JiraExperience with agile software development techniques
