Equity Analyst
📋 Role Overview & Responsibilities
What you’ll do: ● Work with internal and external stakeholders to administer equity compensation plans, including equity grants, option exercises, RS releases, employee demographic updates and equity education. ● Help respond to the Equity Administration email alias. ● Assist with month-end close process ● Help lead company wide equity communications ● Assist with employee equity education and ensure wiki page content is relevant and informative ● Maintain SOX Compliance and assist with quarterly testing/audits by internal and external teams. ● Ad Hoc duties as needed Qualifications:What we’re looking for:● public company equity plan administration experience, including reporting, reconciliations and SOX compliance ● Proficient in Excel including vlookups and Pivot tables ● Proficient with Google product suite ● Advanced analytical ability, attention to detail, strong organizational skills and ability to work independently and multi-task in a fast-paced environment ● Comprehensive understanding of many different types of equity awards and public company equity programs, across multiple jurisdictions ● Certified Equity Professional (CEP) or in the process of obtaining
