📋 Role Overview & Responsibilities
We are maylu, a digital marketing company based in Miami looking for an enthusiastic Paid Marketing Specialist ready to join a tight-knit team. Our clientele includes local Miami businesses to international corporations.
A Paid Marketing Specialist has the responsibility to manage, optimize, and report on our clients’ Paid Advertisement efforts. You will be successful in this role if you enjoy optimizing advertising channels, have an analytical background, and can manage your own time and priorities.
What You’ll Do• Execute end-to-end digital marketing campaigns and work tightly with internal teams, partners, and clients• Work closely on campaign setup, management, tagging, bidding strategies, and ongoing optimization, as well as owning and maintaining campaign priorities, testing, and documentation• Monitor and report on initiatives to achieve key business objectives and KPIs (LTV, CPA, ROAS, etc.)• Analyze campaigns and creative results to highlight key learnings and translate those learnings into concise, actionable recommendations to optimize ongoing performance• Execute and optimize audience strategy for new and existing customers• Maintain budgeting and invoicing across channels and clients• Recommend process improvement techniques for improving workflow
What You’ll Need• 1-2 years of experience with Facebook Ads platforms.• 1-2 years of experience with Google Ads/PPC platforms.• 1-2 years of experiences in any other paid marketing platform• Knowledge of the digital marketing industry, trends, and new developments.• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and project management skills.• Ability to work independently in a changing environment and perform multiple tasks effectively and concurrently.• Demonstrated ability to think analytically, solve problems, make decisions and use sound judgment.• Experience with conversion tracking using Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Facebook Pixel, etc.
