📋 Role Overview & Responsibilities
Our client is a Tier 1 ranked law firm for Product Liability Law. The firm has an impressive roster of litigators handling cases ranging from complex product liability to asbestos defense and toxic tort litigation. This highly collaborative team of attorneys has a reputation for winning high-stakes cases. Client's rely on their expertise in handling motor vehicle, medical device, asbestos and other toxic tort defense, pharmaceutical, home products, manufacturing equipment, juvenile products and aircraft litigation. Cases often involve complex engineering and design concepts and are handled in federal and state courts across the nation.
We want to hear from you if you are:A motivated mid-to-senior litigation associate with at least four years of litigation experience with a strong preference for product liability experience.Desire to be on a partnership track where the path is clear and attainable.Be part of a highly collaborative team and work with multiple offices in a hybrid work environment.Interested in being the go-to associate in the Kansas City office for product liability cases, with support from other offices.You ideally have product liability, asbestos litigation, and toxic tort experience.You are ready to handle case strategy, taking and defending depositions, negotiation, and trial prep, so
