DescriptionThis resource will play a pivotal role in assisting with and driving organizational transformation by closely monitoring and managing change initiatives across the enterprise. This role involves analyzing, planning, communicating and implementing changes that impact the organization, its culture and its employees. This resource will collaborate with cross-functional teams, create roadmaps and ensure effective communication with executive leadership.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:Assessment:Comprehensive Scope: Evaluate and understand all ongoing initiatives and changes happening across the enterprise.Roadmap Development: Create detailed roadmaps that outline the sequence of changes and their interdependencies.Change Compass Tool: Utilize NM's Change Compass tool to track and manage the scope of changes.Data-Driven Insights:Data Input and Analysis: Collect and analyze relevant data to inform change decisions.Impact Assessment: Develop heat maps and impact assessments to visualize the effects of proposed changes.Risk Identification: Proactively identify and communicate risks associated with change initiatives.Executive-Level Communications:Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with executives, C-level leaders, and other stakeholders.Communication Strategy: Prepare and deliver executive-level communications, including presentations and reports.Risk Mitigation: Highlight risks and propose mitigation strategies to ensure successful change adoption.Change Mindset and Culture:Change Advocacy: Foster a change-oriented mindset across the organization.Organizational Change Management (OCM): Understand OCM principles and apply them effectively.Collaboration: Work closely with teams to drive a culture of continuous improvement.Project Management Support:Project Coordination: Assist in project management tasks related to change initiatives.Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with various teams to ensure seamless execution.Sponsorship and Ownership: Facilitate change ownership and sponsorship.

Requirements:2-5 years of OCM experienceProject Management and Data Analysis experience
