About the role:The Senior Accounting Analyst is responsible for managing financial records, ensures compliance with accounting standards, and analyzes financial data. Additionally, they will perform account reconciliations, contribute to corporate reporting requirements, review and analyze costs to ensure appropriate classifications, and drive continuous improvements of the close process – all with a focus on customer support.

In this role, you will:Prepare and enter journal transactions to collect, summarize and analyze financial information.Prepare account analysis and standard reconciliations.Assist in review of select account reconciliations.Drive continuous improvement of the month end process.Perform special projects that have a positive impact to business above & beyond expectation aboveResponsible for weekly, monthly, and quarterly reporting to our Corporate officeResponsible for coordinating with the Senior Financial Analyst on forecast loads and forecast analysisPrepare and analyze daily sales, bookings, and backlog reportsReview and analyze costs to ensure appropriate classification of expenditures
Are you qualified? B. S. in Accounting required.5-10 years’ experience in accounting and financial controls in a large manufacturing environment preferred.General ledger responsibility and cost accounting experience is a plus.Familiar with ERP systems, corporate compliance reporting, Avalara and Oracle is a plus. OneStream consolidation software highly preferred.
The salary range for this role is $80,000.00 – $100,000.00. This is the range that we in good faith believe is the range of possible compensation for this role at the time of this posting. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range and this range is only applicable for jobs to be performed in California. This range may be modified in the future.
