Warehouse Selector
Ready to get your work done and go home, while earning great income? Our warehouse selectors average between 20-30 hours per week and make $19.00 per hour, increasing to $23.00+ after training, based on performance.
This position is in a Step Progression Range with Salary increases up to $24.75+ with incentives.
Our warehouse teammates move product through our DCs quickly and safely, ensuring orders are filled and loaded for deliveries with a high degree of accuracy and great sense of urgency while safely meeting productivity/quality standards with McLane established guidelines.

Starting Pay: $19.00 per hour. Incentive after meeting productivity standard. 4-day work week, selection starts at 8:00am and 10:00am. The ability to be flexible with your schedule is preferred. Get paid early. Get paid fast.401(k) with annual company match. Paid holidays, vacation time, and more.
Minimum Qualifications & Requirements
At least 18 years of age. Previous pallet jack experience preferred. Warehouse experience preferred, but not required. Able to work in a subzero environment.
