Qualifications
The highly competitive program targets undergraduate sophomore and junior students currently matriculating in the following majors and functional areas:
Engineering Biomedical Engineering Software Engineering Electrical Engineering Mechanical Engineering Manufacturing Engineering
Additional Qualifications
Currently matriculating as a Sophomore or Junior pursuing a Bachelor’s Degree Strong leadership and communication skills Must be able to participate in and successfully complete all program-related activities Must remain in good academic standing Must not have any disciplinary infractions on academic record GPA Preferred: 3.0 Candidates applying for Medtronic’s Summer Internship Program must have current work authorization and be legally authorized to work in the U.S. The Medtronic Summer Internship Program does not provide work authorization sponsorship for summer intern positions. Individuals with temporary visas such as E, F-1, H-1, H-2, L, B, J or TN, or who need sponsorship for work authorization now or in the future, are not eligible for the Medtronic Internship Program
