Senior Recruiter - Contract Division - Life Science Industry (Pharma, Biotech)

Due to the record breaking success of the contract team in 2023, Meet is seeking to hire experienced contract recruiters to bring in their knowledge of the industry, perform at a high level, and challenge our way of doing business so we can continue to adapt and grow for the best.

Day to day responsibilities of a Meet Senior Contract Recruiter?Working with a greater sense of urgency in comparison to our perm division due to our clients needs to quickly fill openingsRunning your own 360 desk - candidate delivery and business developmentConsistent contributor to new business opportunities by considering and applying all routes to market and commercial decision makingDevelop personal relationships with existing clients to yield repeat business for you and your business unitAppreciates and provides thought leadership to ensure understanding of relationship between and activity and results across the business unitSource multiple candidates utilizing cold calls, LinkedIn Recruiter, Job Adverts, and referrals.Become an expert in the Life Sciences industry while becoming a matchmaker for clients and candidates for open positionsProvide exceptional candidate experiences throughout the entire recruitment life cycle from the initial phone call to closing the offerSupports Division Manager and Division Director through training, standing in when required and driving initiatives and company values
Compensation, Benefits and Incentives
Meet offers a base salary of $60,000 with unlimited earning potential through our non-threshold and uncapped commission structure. Additional benefits include:

Do you have the following?Bachelors' Degree (preferred)18+ months of agency recruiting experience (REQUIRED)18+ months of New Business Development experience - prospecting leads, negotiating contracts etc. (REQUIRED)Collaborated in a team-oriented environment and mentored junior recruitersExperience handling objections, generating leads, negotiating contracts, pitching new business development and account management (all required)
