Job Description

We are looking to hire a team leader looking for a position within our transportation team!

You Will

Assists with the building of staff schedules to ensure adequate coverage for all department needs. Maintains records of attendance and ensure staff are up-to-date on all required training, review time off requests and approvals and act as editor to MSK Time. Maintains all spreadsheets in a neat, organized manner as appropriate including vehicle maintenance work orders Analyzes, organizes, and prioritizes calls and data for physicians, technicians, administrators, and manager to ensure availability for use in tracking, trouble shooting and problem solving. Maintains all spreadsheets in a neat, organized manner as appropriate including vehicle maintenance work orders Run regular reports based on applicable data. Generate and send reports as requested. Conduct department trainings as required.

You Need

Experience working as a team leader Driver's License, Class D (Driver’s License is preferred) Proficiency in Microsof Excel and other applications Excellent written and verbal communication skills CDL Class C or higher w/Passenger Endorsement preferred.

Work Schedule: Full-Time hours: Various shifts and open flexibility. M-F

Pay Range: $27.80-$43.08
