Director of Outbound Product Management

Mend.io is looking for a Director of Outbound Product Management to join our team.

Location: Central United States (Home Office)

Responsibilities

Champion the portfolio and products to internal and external audiences, and spend a significant amount of time talking to customers, prospects, partners, industry analysts, and field personnel.As the voice of the customer, you will need to gain insights on the market, customer challenges and then be able to clearly articulate market and customer requirements and priorities back into the product teamConduct customer briefings, analyst updates, field training, partner enablement, content creation, and moreUnderstand the competitive landscape to create clear insights on differentiation in support of product decisions and GTMWork closely with the Product Marketing team and help them to be successful in creating deep analysis of win/loss and competitive differentiation Ensure Mend.io has a relevant, customer-focused strategy for every product in the portfolio. That means doing things like advocating for new products and features, owning and updating roadmaps, and helping construct cross-product strategiesWork with strategic partners on defining mutual winning productsBe part of the product leadership reporting to the EVP of Product that drives product strategy and vision

Requirements

Foundational product management skills, technical expertise, and a focus on product success. Experience working in B2B SaaS companiesMinimum 3 years experience in Application Security-MustSignificant experience with software development lifecycleMinimum 5 years’ experience in a Product Management or product marketing in a software development company or previous SaaS experienceMinimum 3 years’ experience with outbound Product Management activitiesExcellent English verbal and written communication skills with a variety of audiencesAbility to manage multiple projects and features at one timeGood planning and time management skills
