This role offers the opportunity to work in a fast-paced office environment, providing essential support to our ISOs (Independent Sales Organizations) and relationship managers. If you thrive in a challenging atmosphere and are eager to gain valuable experience in the merchant services industry, we encourage you to apply.Key Responsibilities:Multitask effectively to meet the demanding needs of ISOs and relationship managers.Assist ISOs with various tasks and inquiries related to credit card processing.Collaborate closely with the team to ensure smooth operations and client satisfaction.Provide administrative support, including data entry and document management.Communicate professionally and promptly with internal teams and external partners.Contribute to the growth and success of the organization through proactive problem-solving and continuous improvement initiatives.Qualifications and Skills:Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Availability to work Monday to Friday from either 9am to 6pm or 10am to 7pm.Minimum of 1 year of experience working in merchant service credit card processing.Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks effectively.Positive attitude, adaptability, and willingness to learn in a dynamic environment.Additional Information:This is a full-time position based at our Long Island City location.Position starts at $19.23 to $21.63 based on experienceCompetitive benefits such as medical, dental, PTO and a matching 401k plan up to 4%.Opportunities for career advancement and professional development within the organization.How to Apply: If you meet the qualifications and are ready to take on the challenges of this exciting role, please submit your resume.
