Mercy Ft Smith -$162 million expansion of its ER and ICU. ER will expand from 29 to 50 rooms and ICU will increase from 38-64 rooms. The ER expansion alone will allow for about 25,000 more patient visits per year. This expansion will allow us to better meet the needs of our community in a world-class environment.
Qualifications
Education: Graduate of an accredited registered professional nursing programLicensure: Is personally responsible for obtaining, and maintaining, a current RN license within the hiring state and/or compact licensure in which nursing duties are performed and must meet all state board of nursing requirements.Physical requirements/demands: Position requires individuals to push, pull, and/or lift 50 pounds on a regular basisPosition requires prolonged standing and walking each shiftPosition requires the ability to grip, reach, bend, kneel, twist, and squat to perform dutiesCertifications: Basic Life Support certification through the American Heart Association or successful completion of course within 30 days of hire.
