Monday- Friday, 40 hours per week

Overview
Performs general office functions including duties of: Receptionist, cashier and appointment scheduler.
Schedules follow up appointments for patients leaving the clinic. Greets patients in a friendly and compassionate manner. Accurately takes telephone messages and forwards them to the appropriate coworker. Correctly forwards messages to appropriate In Basket. Reschedules appointments for physicians as their schedules change. Promptly notifies the clinic co-workers regarding physician schedule changes. Communicates with physicians during peak times before double booking appointments.
Qualifications
Required Education: High school diploma or equivalent.Experience Preferred: One year of applicable medical office experience.Preferred Other: Additional languages preferred.
