Overview
Stepdown is an eleven bed Critical Care Step-Down Unit located on the third level of the main building. All 11 rooms are equipped for cardiac telemetry. The purpose of 3200-Step Down is to provide close cardiac monitoring and nursing care for patients who have a high acuity whom does not require critical care. Patient/family education programs are offered and include cardiac rehabilitation, education, pacemaker education and diagnostic procedure education. Populations served are adolescent to geriatrics.
Qualifications
Required Education: Graduate from an accredited RN programPreferred Education: BSNCertifications: Current Basic Life Support or complete upon hire.License: Current AR Registered Nurse license
