About the Role

The Model Citizens on our Hotel team create memorable experiences for our guests who are staying over night, or for an extended period of time at LEGOLAND. Whether you are a Bellman/Valet, greeting the guests as they arrive and assisting them with their bags, or a Guest Service Host assisting with check-in, each of these incredible opportunities are all apart of one dream team. Oh! and don't forget, you could choose to be patrolling the outdoor pool and ensuring the safety of our guests as a Lifeguard! Another opportunity we have to ensure the safety of our guests, is in the role of a Security Guard ensuring all protocols are followed within the Hotel.

Role Description

Participates in the operation of assigned retail locations. Performs a variety of duties related to display and sale of merchandise items including preparing inventory for sale, processing sales, maintaining retail locations and ensuring position guest service to hotel visitors.

Provide excellent service to hotel guests in store locations Exhibits product knowledge and selling skills Support management team in a variety of roles and assigned duties Responsible for being present and available for Guests, providing excellent guest service, and product knowledge per company and Resort expectations Responsible for assigned store locations; daily maintenance, cleanliness, and security Responsible for utilizing proper tools for efficient and effective POS usage Responsible for opening and closing tasks necessary to operate assigned store locations in keeping with company policies and procedures Responsible for efficient use of company and store supplies Responsible for assisting in stock loss controls and participating in all Loss Prevention policies and procedures Responsible for promoting and demonstrating LEGO's and Merlin's SOPs, culture and core values through words and actions Responsible for continuing own growth through utilization of career development programs through collaboration with store Assistant Managers
