Position Overview
The Doffer position is a non-exempt, hourly position responsible for maintaining the flow of product from Looms to Tentering while ensuring quality and labeling of the product. Also ensuring the product is properly uploaded in the computer. This is a day shift position that requires you work 12 hour shifts 8:00am to 8:00pm with rotating days and weekends.

Doff fabric from Looms in a timely mannerClean reedsWeigh and remove waste from LoomsAcquire Weft yarn for the Looms using electric pallet jacksConstant housekeeping maintenance throughout the entire shiftProperly fill out paperwork and declarations for quality checks on LoomsAll other duties as assigned
Who You Are
Ability to push/pull occasionally 20-22 lbsAbility to work with limited supervision.Ability to work in an environment where temperature varies in rangeAbility to work and keep pace in fast paced environmentAbility to perform basic computer functionsAbility to tolerate moderate to loud plant noise levelsAbility to perform basic to intermediate math equations
