Project Manager, Content and Integrity Operations

We need influencers who can align cross-functional partners to ensure the best possible experience for our platforms.We are seeking an experienced self-starter with a passion for mitigating real world harm and protecting our community to join our Content and Integrity Operations Team. We count on our project managers to deliver both qualitative and quantitative insight into user behavior in order to drive prevention and detection solutions at scale. By working cross functionally, we identify and pursue areas for process and product improvement, enabling us to better protect our community at scale. And by focusing on decision quality, we ensure that we are held accountable for our actions. This role will work closely with partners across Security, Engineering, Policy, and other Meta teams to drive operational projects in a fast paced and data driven environment.

Project Manager, Content and Integrity Operations Responsibilities:

Deliver projects involving quantitative analysis, industry research, and strategy development, working directly with global cross-functional teams to implement next-generation community experiences through process, policy, and product improvementsManage and improve day-to-day operations against quality and efficiency targets in a highly dynamic and fast-paced environmentAnalyze data to identify user trends and malicious behavior and suggest recommendations to improve operationsUse problem solving skills to resolve large and complex business problemsLead investigations and resolve issues that are escalated to the team regarding potentially abusive content or real-world threatsHelp create scalable policies and processes to solve complex business problems and ensure the safety of the communityBuild strong cross-functional partnerships to create better solutions for our community and usersDevelop a deep understanding of content integrity issues and how they affect our communityAddress sensitive content issues, including but not limited to graphic images, videos and writings, offensive or derogatory language, and other objectionable materialThis role may involve exposure to potentially graphic and/or objectionable content including but not limited to graphic images, videos, audio and writings, offensive or derogatory language, and other potential objectionable material, i.e. child exploitation, graphic violence, self-injury, animal abuse, and other content which may be considered offensive or disturbing.

Minimum Qualifications

Bachelor's degree2+ years of experience in an operations, technology, management consulting, or equivalent environment2+ years of work experience in role involving strategic/analytical initiatives (project management, consulting experience, data analysis or technical systems) and/or customer operationsExperience communicating with a variety of audiences, including engineering and technical teamsExperience managing and prioritizing projects end-to-end across various stakeholders and functionsDemonstrable experience using sound judgment and exhibiting grace under pressureAbility to work with potentially graphic and objectionable content.

Preferred Qualifications

Knowledge of other programming languages, e.g. Python, RAvid user of our Meta products1+ year of experience working with data tools such as SQL, SAS, and data visualization (e.g. Tableau) toolsStrategic thinker with analytical and creative problem-solving skills
