📋 Role Overview & Responsibilities
Seeking an experienced superintendent on behalf of a growing general contractor in New York. Since its inception, this client has worked with high-end brands like Barry's, The Migrant Kitchen, Aritzia, Louis Viutton, Gucci, Prada, Steve Madden, etc.
This is a unique opportunity to join as not only a superintendent, but an account lead with the potential within the next few years to earn your role as a partner with the company with a chance for equity in the company.
Experience Required:Minimum 5 years' experience working on luxury retail projectsExperience working directly with high-end retail clientsProven track record of successfully delivering high-quality, on-time, and within-budget projects in the luxury retail sector.Exceptional leadership and communication skills, with the ability to effectively manage project teams and foster collaborative working relationships.Experience in coordinating and overseeing subcontractors, vendors, and tradespeople to ensure efficient project execution and adherence to quality standards.
