K–12 State Assessment Project ManagerServe as senior manager of the Test Development, Program Management, and Customer Service teams. Essential duties and responsibilitiesTest Development and Program Management teams· Lead and manage all tasks and deliverables for a large statewide K–12 testing program, serving as the single point of contact for program issues and decisions for the duration of the contract.· Schedule and conduct client meetings, and publish and distribute meeting notes. · Oversee and direct the development, review, delivery, and tracking of test development resources and products, including test specifications, test design elements, test content, and test construction and layout. · Work with the Test Development Director to plan and conduct educator review meetings and turnkey training workshops.· Support the Test Development Director’s management of all passage and item development, editing, and item revision stages. · Train the staff that facilitates passage and item review meetings and other required meetings with client stakeholders. · Ensure the production and delivery of accurate, timely, and quality assessment products within budget and according to client requirements.Customer Service team· Provide problem resolution for customer calls or issues escalated beyond the customer service manager. Qualifications (required)· Strong organizational, managerial, and communication skills· Bachelor’s degree· Project Management Professional (PMP) certification through the Project Management Institute (PMI)· Five years experience managing large-scale K–12 assessment programs. Previous experience with assessments for English language learners is preferred.· Ability to travel to the U.S. east coast to meet with program educators approximately six times per year· Experience with Microsoft Office tools, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Project Schedule and Compensation· Full time schedule Monday–Friday, 8 a.m.–5 p.m., Central Time.
