Our Sr. Business Operations Analyst role involves close collaboration with our Managing Director. While the core responsibilities remain focused on supporting our portfolio companies’ operations, this role specifically positions you as our Managing Director’s right-hand person. The ideal candidate possesses a natural problem-solving ability, entrepreneurial mindset, excels in managing complex projects, and is hands-on in addressing day-to-day business issues. This role is integral to our success as it involves conducting in-depth research and addressing potential challenges and combines research with an entrepreneurial dimension. This position is meant for a highly motivated, hard-working individual who likes to take on challenges and make a difference in an organization.

• **This role involves on-site work at our Bala Cynwyd office on a hybrid schedule. We will only consider candidates who are within a reasonable commuting distance.
