Postdoctoral Resident in Psychology

Metropolitan Psychological Services, PLLC is a growing, private-pay, LGBTQ+ affirming psychological practice with office locations in Arlington and Tyson’s Corner, VA. Our Arlington location serves individuals 18+ and couples. MPS Tyson’s provides psychotherapy services to children ages 5+, teens, adults, couples, and families. Both locations offer psychological assessment services.

MPS PLLC is looking to hire either a Post-Doctoral Resident in Psychology or a Licensed Staff Psychologist.

Qualifications include: Completion of a Doctorate Degree (in clinical psychology or related field) 4 years of relevant clinical experience Interest and clinical experience providing evidence-based psychotherapy to CHILDREN & FAMILIES ages 5+ AND/OR wants to work exclusively with ADULTS & COUPLES (working across the lifespan is also an option) *Psychological assessment experience (only if interested in providing assessment services)* Someone who enjoys autonomy, independence, flexibility and collaboration A desire to be long-term member of the MPS PLLC clinical team An ability to work a minimum of 10 hours per week (or wants to develop a full-time caseload)
