Conduct regular inspections to ensure compliance with cleanliness and safety regulations. Develop and update quality assurance policies and procedures to enhance efficiency and effectiveness. Maintain detailed documentation of quality-related activities, including inspections, audits, and corrective actions. Monitor and analyze quality metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement. Investigate customer complaints related to quality and safety issues and recommend appropriate solutions. Lead and support quality improvement projects to enhance overall. Education and Experience:
Five years of full-time satisfactory experience with a major railroad or transit authority; at least one year of this experience must have been in a supervisory capacity. Other Information:
