Sign-On BonusReferral Bonus for bringing talented professionals to our team. Competitive Compensation ranging from $43,680 to $100,100 annually. Compensation is dependent on experience, tenure, and caseload volume. The bottom range indicates little to no experience at typical starting rates, reaching full time status at 20 visits completed weekly. The top range indicates highly skilled and experienced clinicians surpassing the full-time minimum requirement of 20 visits completed weekly. Full-time and Part-time positions available. Flexible schedule that works best for you for an ideal work/life balance.

Responsibilities
Provide skilled physical therapy services and interventions to pediatric patients (birth to 21). Treat all assigned patients according to goals set by evaluating Physical Therapist (PT). Communicate progress and milestones with evaluating PT to allow for proper plan development, implementation, and treatment modifications in accordance with patient needs. Instruct and counsel patients and families. Complete accurate and timely documentation according to standards set by the department and regulatory agencies.
Qualifications
An associate degree from an accredited therapy programActive state licensure as required. Current BLS CPR Certification per state regulationsLicensed to practice as a physical therapist assistant in the state.
