Management Trainee

MITER Brands also known as Milgard and MI Windows & Doors, is one of the nation’s largest suppliers of vinyl windows and patio doors, with plants across the country. We are looking for a Management Trainee for our Temecula, California manufacturing plant. In this role you will have a 16-week comprehensive management training program designed to develop and prepare you for a Production Leadership role (Senior Supervisor, Production Manager), or in a Technical Leadership role (Engineer, Quality Manager, TSM) role within the Company. The ultimate career path will depend upon the trainee’s career goals, abilities and performance as well as business needs over time.
